Happy Thursday Friends! Since we had a double header wedding last weekend, it’s a double wedding preview blog week too!
I am not sure where to even begin with these two! From the moment I met up with Justine & Sam to talk about their wedding, I knew that this day would be one to remember! When we arrived on Saturday, Justine was in the make up chair and just relaxed as ever! She had planned and built a wedding day timeline for the books…and on this day it was all going to come together. All the planning, choosing of details, and late nights of preparation…today was the day and the excitement was in the air!
Justine & Sam created the wedding of their dreams and it was beautiful. A little bit rustic, adding a touch of rose gold and soft blush and a whole lot of garden-esque to the decor and you get gorgeousness!!! I have said it before…and I feel it all the time. I am SO lucky to be able to be a small part of such important moments in the lives of my couples. I don’t take it for granted and feel honored!
They chose a First Look on their wedding day and it was SO sweet! The emotion could be felt and I had a little difficulty seeing through my camera eyepiece because a bit of my own tears came falling down!
Sam and Justine…thank you! Thank you for trusting me to tell your love story so that it could be remembered for years to come. Thank you for treating us like part of the family! Enjoy every minute of your honeymoon!
Following the First Look, they read aloud letters to each other that they had written. So emotion filled!
Justine gave Sam custom cuff links that had the Latitude/Longitude (of the Church that they were being married in) and the date. The other had a phrase on it (“You are my closest, truest, friend”).
Some “almost husband and wife portraits”!
