In the days leading up to Friday, the weather looked like it may drop a whole bunch of rain on this wedding day.  The location was set to be beautiful Starved Rock and rain was NOT in our plans!  It was a good thing we ignored that call for rain…because it only rained in the morning! The rain stopped, the birds were singing and Devin & Lauren had a perfect wedding day!  Their First Look was SO sweet and the family and friends they chose to surround themselves with were even SWEETER!

I have known Lauren for about 10 years (right when I moved to Indiana…they moved in right across the street from our house) and have gotten to watch her grow up into quite a woman!  She babysit my two kiddos through the years and she has gone on to become an elementary school teacher.  So watching her marry the man who was truly the perfect match for her and getting to document the day…was such an honor for me!
