I think my most favorite way to be chosen to photograph a couples wedding is when they contact me because they have been guests, been part of the bridal party, or are a family member of a former SK Bride or Groom!  When Kelsi first contacted me, she explained that she was a bridesmaid in Devin & Lauren’s Wedding !!  I remembered her instantly and loved meeting her fiancé Alex!

Kelsi and Alex met through a mutual friend even though they went to two different colleges.  It grew slowly as they each were doing their own college thing.  After dating for 2 1/2 years, they planned a trip and Alex had planned the proposal in Italy (smart man!).  After carrying the beautiful ring on him everywhere while traveling..he finally asked Kelsi to be his wife.  What a beautiful and romantic way to celebrate your first few days being engaged!

For their Engagement session, we walked around the neighborhood they live in, took a walk out on their apartment rooftop and even took a few photos in front of the place they met!  I am excited for their outdoor Summertime wedding this June!
