Tony & Patricia | Married | Idlewild Country Club – Flossmoor, Illinois

Patricia & Tony are the beautiful “caboose” to my busy end of Summer/Fall Wedding Season…and what a way to finish it off! When I first met with Patricia (about a year ago!), we immediately clicked. Our love for planning and organization was instantly evident 😉 We talked for quite a long time about how she met Tony, their story and she explained that Tony couldn’t be at our meeting because he was currently deployed as a Fighter Pilot with the United States Air Force. With Tony being in the Air Force and Patricia being a traveling nurse…their Wedding Day had a bit of a traveling theme that was perfect!

When I arrived on Saturday to Patricias childhood home (where the bridesmaids were getting ready), there was an immediate feeling of warmth. She was calm, her closest friends and bridesmaids were chatting and everyone was ready to celebrate this meant-to-be couple! When you plan a Fall wedding, you assume that you will have crisp air and colored leaves! We had a little bit of both of those things but also (in a very unique weather day) we had snow pellets, rain, sunshine and 45 mph winds. We pretty much had every season in one day! It didn’t even matter what was going on outside though…because Tony and Patricia were committing their lives to one another and would finally be living in the same state!

The Air Force was well represented well by those in attendance and they even were present and performed a Military Saber Arch Exit!
