Happy Wednesday friends! I get to share my FIRST wedding of the New Year but also my last of this “Wedding Season” (March-Jan) I think that Rachel & Elliotts wedding is the perfect way to start AND end the wedding season! This year has been quite a year of a weddings for SKP and this wedding that I get to share with you really made me step back and realize how thankful and blessed I am! I am humbled that I get to be a part of such joy-filled, life changing days and I don’t take one minute of it for granted!
When I first met up with Rachel & Elliott, they knew that they were going to have a longer engagement than most. They were set on their date and knew it would be WELL worth the wait! All of Rachels closest girlfriends were also getting married this same year and Rachel & Elliott’s day would be the last one. These two were so sweet and laid back from the very first moment I met them! They spent their engagement time wisely and renovated a home (which is now their home together!) and Rachel finished up Nursing school and planned a wedding at the same time! Sounds exhausting doesn’t it? But these two were cool and calm throughout the whole process!
Elliott & Rachel, thank you doesn’t seem to do it all justice but it will have to do for now! 🙂 Thank you for letting me into your lives, your love and everything in between. Your love started many years ago and your new life together is going to be so blessed. As I listened to your parents, friends and family talk about who you are both separately and together….I have no doubt that you are destined for great things! I hope you are enjoying every moment of your time in Jamaica!
