As the years go by, I find myself having more and more difficulty with finding the right words that convey what I want to say about my children.  With every New Year, I realize how fast it is all going and how my time to have an influence on what kind of adults they turn into…is slowly dwindling.  I never understood how time can be a gift and a thief at the same time.  But now I know and painfully aware that I can’t stop it.

These two are funnier than me, wittier than I will ever be and so full of personality and charm that I count myself lucky on a daily basis that I (somehow) got to be their mom.

I know that one day I will be SO glad that in the busiest season of my business (Fall), that I make the time to do a photo session of them together every year.

I am truly the lucky one.

And just to keep things real, I have included some blooper photos…just so you are assured that even my own children aren’t always photogenic OR cooperative 😉

I think in that last one, he was trying to swat at a mosquito!  Haley attracts mosquitos like NO other!
